Even though most of the time you can buy most of your everyday essentials whilst you're away, I've already got enough sun block and insect repellent to get me through a six month rain forest expedition, I've found it's often a good idea to shop around on the internet first for the chance to find some really great deals on travel gear and clothes to go exploring in.
